Current forecasts from the National Weather Service and major models indicate a humid, mostly cloudy night ahead of September 4 with an expected overnight low near 73–75 °F, driven by persistent southerly flow and elevated dew points that limit radiational cooling. This places the outcome near the middle of the distribution, where recent model consensus shows limited spread, yet the closely matched 46 % market-implied odds on the 67 °F-or-below and 86 °F-or-higher tails reflect residual uncertainty from potential convective timing and lake-breeze modulation. Historical September climatology (average low 63 °F) underscores how atypical warmth currently elevates the floor, while any earlier clearing or stronger advection could still shift the minimum by several degrees.
