Recent official forecasts from the Korea Meteorological Administration and international models indicate a high near 27–28°C for Busan on September 4 under mostly cloudy to partly cloudy skies and moderate northeasterly winds of 15–20 mph. These conditions limit daytime heating while seasonal cooling and residual moisture from earlier showers suppress temperatures below late-summer norms. Trader consensus clusters on 28–29°C because ensemble guidance shows only modest differences in cloud thickness and wind timing that could add or subtract 1°C; stronger onshore flow or thicker cloud decks favor the lower end, while brief clearing supports the higher. Resolution hinges on the final observed maximum from official stations, with updates expected through September 3.
