Recent forecasts for Chongqing on September 13 indicate a highest temperature near 26–28°C, with model consensus reflecting a seasonal autumn transition in the Sichuan basin marked by increased cloud cover, light drizzle potential, and moderating humidity that limits daytime heating. Official guidance from agencies like the China Meteorological Administration highlights variable steering patterns and precipitation chances around 25–50%, creating uncertainty between the market's leading 26°C and 27°C outcomes. Ensemble spreads underscore how minor shifts in cloud thickness or wind could tip the daily maximum, while historical September averages near 27°C provide context for why traders see these thresholds as closely contested ahead of final observational data.
