Recent forecasts for Karachi indicate a highest temperature on September 4 most likely in the 30–32 °C range, consistent with the market’s heaviest trading around 31 °C (44 %) and 32 °C (23 %). Persistent cloud cover and light drizzle from a passing western disturbance have kept daytime heating subdued, with current model consensus showing highs near 30–31 °C under mostly cloudy skies, moderate westerly winds, and high humidity that limits surface warming. These conditions align with climatological September averages but sit below peak monsoon-season values, reducing the chance of brief spikes above 33 °C. Updated short-range guidance from agencies such as the Pakistan Meteorological Department will be the key near-term driver of any shifts in implied probabilities before market resolution.
