NY-10, a solidly Democratic New York City district encompassing parts of Brooklyn and Manhattan, features Brad Lander as the Democratic nominee after a decisive primary win. Traders assign the Democratic Party a 94.3% implied probability of taking the seat on November 3, 2026, reflecting the district’s consistent partisan lean, strong Democratic registration advantage, and limited Republican infrastructure. Jennifer Moore’s Republican candidacy faces structural headwinds in a constituency where Democrats routinely exceed 70% in federal races. Factors supporting the current pricing include Lander’s name recognition from citywide office and the absence of major Democratic infighting. Scenarios that could narrow the gap include an unexpected national Republican surge, a late scandal affecting Lander, or unusually low Democratic turnout, though historical patterns in the district make sizable shifts improbable.

A candidate's party will be determined by their ballot-listed or otherwise identifiable affiliation with that party at the time all of the 2026 House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources. A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
This market will resolve based on the result of the election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the United States government, specifically the Federal Election Commission (https://www.fec.gov/).
