Morgan Stanley’s 74.5% market-implied odds reflect its positioning as the favored lead-left underwriter following September 2026 reporting that it has led investor pricing discussions and the $15 billion revolving credit facility, a structure mirroring its role ahead of comparable large-cap technology listings. Goldman Sachs holds the second-highest probability at 14.2% as the likely stabilization agent, consistent with its joint lead selection alongside Morgan Stanley in the June 2026 confidential S-1 process and shared involvement in the expanded credit syndicate. Lower odds for JPMorgan and other banks align with their supporting positions in the underwriting group. The public prospectus filing expected imminently and potential October roadshow remain key near-term catalysts that could confirm final mandate allocations.

If no IPO occurs by December 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or Anthropic completes an initial public offering without a designated lead underwriter, this market will resolve to “Other.”
If multiple banks are identified as lead underwriters, this market will resolve according to the primary lead underwriter. If the hierarchy between them is unclear, this market will resolve once it is conclusively evident which bank is the primary lead underwriter, for example, through the order in which the banks are listed in the underwriting section of Anthropic’s final initial public offering prospectus, once released.
The primary resolution source for this market will be official disclosures from Anthropic. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
