**Northeasterly monsoon winds and associated cloud cover are the main factors capping maximum temperatures in Taipei on September 10, with official Central Weather Administration guidance and multiple forecast models pointing to highs near 29–30°C amid scattered showers.** These seasonal flows increase moisture and reduce solar heating compared with recent clearer periods, while high humidity and light-to-moderate precipitation further limit afternoon warming. Historical September baselines for northern Taiwan support peaks in this range under similar synoptic patterns. Trader consensus reflected in the leading 30°C (38.5%) and 31°C (21.5%) outcomes aligns with this model agreement, though any unexpected clearing could allow brief excursions toward 32°C before the next data release.
