Official observations from Dallas-area stations, including Love Field, recorded a daily maximum of 99°F on September 11, 2026, under persistent high pressure and clear skies that limited cloud cover and allowed strong daytime heating. This aligned with the broader late-summer heat pattern across North Texas, where dew points remained low and southerly winds provided minimal cooling, keeping highs in the upper 90s to low 100s for much of the week. National Weather Service data confirmed no significant frontal passage or precipitation to moderate temperatures that day. Market-implied odds near 100% for the 98-99°F bin reflect this verified reading, though minor station-to-station differences or post-event data revisions remain the primary realistic variables that could shift final resolution.
