Recent National Weather Service forecasts and model consensus indicate mostly sunny to partly cloudy conditions over Dallas on September 24, with light easterly winds limiting mixing and supporting afternoon highs in the low-to-mid 90s. Persistent warm advection from the south and minimal cloud cover or precipitation risk favor outcomes near 92–95°F, while any increase in boundary-layer moisture or slight model cooling could shift the daily maximum lower. Late-September climatology shows an average high near 87°F, but the current pattern reflects above-normal temperatures with limited variability expected before resolution. Trader sentiment reflects this narrow uncertainty range between official guidance and ensemble spreads.
