Forecast models from sources including the Met Office and WeatherBug indicate a daytime maximum near 22°C for Buenos Aires on September 18, driven by northeasterly winds, high pressure around 1020 hPa, and partly to mostly cloudy skies that limit solar heating during spring conditions in the Southern Hemisphere. This aligns with market-implied odds favoring 22–23°C, where modest model spread in cloud timing and boundary-layer mixing creates the close contest between those bins. Historical September averages near 18–20°C provide context, while minimal precipitation risk and stable steering patterns reduce upside potential for 24°C or higher. Updated runs tomorrow morning will clarify any late adjustments before resolution.
