In the Saint-François riding, trader consensus assigns Sylvie Tanguay of the Parti Québécois the highest implied probability at 59 percent ahead of the October 5 Quebec provincial election. Recent riding-level projections show the PQ ahead on popular vote, reflecting broader provincial momentum and voter focus on health care delivery. Incumbent Geneviève Hébert of the Coalition avenir Québec trails at lower odds amid her party's weaker standing. Liberal candidate Jacqueline Belleau and Québec solidaire's Mia Fréchette register modest support in forecasts, while other contenders remain further back. The contest remains competitive because final turnout, late campaign events, and regional priorities such as temporary foreign worker programs could still shift margins in this first-past-the-post contest.
