Official forecasts from Singapore's Meteorological Service and NEA, alongside short-range model consensus, point to a Sept 25 maximum near 32–34°C under southwest monsoon flow, with afternoon thundery showers expected to develop and potentially cap peaks through increased cloud cover and evaporative cooling. Recent observations confirm daily highs of 32–34.6°C amid similar humid, unsettled patterns, while localized shower timing and intensity remain key variables that could shift the recorded peak by 1–2°C. This genuine forecast spread explains the closely matched market-implied odds across 29–34°C outcomes.
