Recent forecasts from Environment Canada and global models indicate a high near 26–28°C for Toronto on September 3 under mostly cloudy skies with a 30% chance of showers, following muggy conditions and localized heavy rainfall earlier in the week. This positions 27°C and 28°C as closely matched leaders, with differentiation hinging on afternoon cloud breaks, precipitation timing, and steering winds that could allow brief warming or suppress peaks. Historical September averages near 24°C provide context, while the market-implied odds reflect trader weighting of ensemble model consensus and resolution criteria tied to official observations. Updated runs from Environment Canada and NOAA ahead of the date could shift probabilities if clearing or convection intensifies.
