Recent official forecasts from the Korea Meteorological Administration and international models indicate a high near 30–31°C for Incheon on September 3, driven by northeasterly flow, partly cloudy skies, and light winds under 10 km/h that limit afternoon mixing and heat buildup. This places the day within normal early-September climatology for the region, without the influence of a lingering heatwave or strong southerly advection. Ensemble guidance shows limited spread, with most runs peaking at or just above 30°C and minimal risk of reaching 32°C or higher. Trader consensus reflected in the market-implied odds aligns closely with this consensus, assigning the highest probability to 30°C while acknowledging modest uncertainty from potential model revisions or localized urban effects before resolution.
