**Current forecasts from the National Weather Service and major models indicate overnight lows in the upper 70s to low 80s°F for Miami on September 4, 2026, aligning with the market’s leading bins at 80-81°F (43.5%) and 78-79°F (27.5%).** Persistent high humidity, dew points near 78-80°F, and extensive cloud cover from scattered to likely thunderstorms limit nighttime radiative cooling, keeping minimum temperatures elevated compared with drier or clearer conditions. Southeast winds of 5-10 mph and the absence of any frontal passage further support this pattern, consistent with climatological norms for early September in South Florida where average lows hover near 76°F but recent model runs trend warmer. Thunderstorm timing and coverage remain the main variables that could nudge the overnight minimum slightly lower if clearer skies develop briefly after midnight. No major shifts in guidance have appeared in the past 48 hours, so trader consensus reflects the stable, humid late-summer regime expected to hold through the 24-hour period ending at midnight on the 4th.
