Current forecasts from NOAA and local models project a daily minimum near 60–65°F for Denver on September 4, driven by persistent southerly flow, mostly clear skies, and limited nocturnal radiational cooling at the city’s 5,280-foot elevation amid above-average warmth. Trader sentiment remains closely split between a sub-55°F outcome and 74°F-plus because short-range ensemble guidance shows modest uncertainty over whether a weak Pacific front or increased cloud cover could arrive in the final 48 hours, potentially dropping readings several degrees below climatological norms of ~54°F. Recent dry, stable conditions have kept overnight lows elevated, while any shift in steering patterns or dewpoint advection could quickly alter the minimum recorded at official stations.
