Recent Central Weather Bureau forecasts for Taipei on September 21 project daytime highs of 29°C under mostly clear to partly cloudy conditions influenced by northeast monsoon flow, with minimal precipitation risk and light winds. International models align closely around 29–30°C, consistent with typical early-autumn climatology yet tempered by persistent cloud cover and onshore breezes that limit peak heating. Market-implied odds favoring 32°C reflect trader assessment of model spread, potential for clearer breaks allowing brief warming, and historical station variability, while lower probabilities for 33°C+ or 30°C and below capture remaining forecast uncertainty ahead of final observational data.
