Recent National Weather Service forecasts for Dallas point to clear skies and southerly flow sustaining overnight lows near 80°F on September 13, driven by a persistent high-pressure ridge and above-average dew points that limit radiational cooling. This setup favors market-implied odds clustered around the 78–85°F ranges, with uncertainty arising from minor model differences in boundary-layer mixing and exact wind speeds that could shift the daily minimum by 1–3°F. Historical September averages near 71°F contrast sharply with the current heat dome, while the 71°F-or-below and 90°F-or-higher brackets capture tail risks from unexpected frontal timing or measurement variations at official stations. Updated NWS guidance and hourly observations through the night will provide the final resolution data.
