Forecast consensus from multiple models places Jeddah’s overnight minimum on September 21 near 29–31 °C, within the typical late-summer range for the Red Sea coast where humidity and onshore flow limit nocturnal cooling. Persistent high pressure and light northwest winds are expected to maintain clear skies and stable conditions, with no incoming troughs or moisture surges to alter the pattern. Historical September lows average 28–30 °C, so the market’s near-even split between sub-25 °C and 35 °C-plus outcomes reflects uncertainty over whether any slight model deviation or local microclimate effect could push the reading outside the narrow central band. Updated runs from the National Centers for Environmental Prediction and regional ensembles will be the key data releases before resolution.
