Official PAGASA forecasts for Metro Manila on September 21, 2026, indicate a daily maximum of 33°C under partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated thunderstorms, consistent with southwest monsoon influences that promote convective activity and limit solar insolation. Multiple model runs and real-time observations show afternoon peaks near 30–32°C amid high humidity and frequent rain showers, reducing the likelihood of exceeding 33°C. This aligns with trader consensus favoring 32°C as the highest temperature, reflecting typical wet-season constraints rather than drier conditions that could push readings higher. Updated PAGASA briefings and hourly monitoring through the afternoon will refine resolution criteria for the market.
