Dan Koh secured the Democratic nomination in Massachusetts' 6th Congressional District after winning the September 1 primary with roughly 41 percent in a crowded field, positioning him as the heavy favorite in the solidly Democratic North Shore seat vacated by Seth Moulton. The district's strong partisan lean, consistent Democratic performance in prior cycles, and Koh's advantages in fundraising and institutional endorsements have shaped trader consensus around his general election matchup against Republican Micah Jones on November 3. Jones, an Army veteran and attorney who faced no primary opposition, operates in a district rated Safe or Solid Democratic by multiple forecasters. Late developments such as scandals, shifts in national political conditions, or unusually low Democratic turnout could still influence the outcome, though structural factors limit realistic paths for the challenger.
