Renan Santos leads trader consensus for third place in Brazil's October 2026 presidential first round due to his consistent low-single-digit polling share and momentum among younger right-leaning voters drawn to his anti-establishment platform on security, anti-corruption, and economic issues. The Mission Party candidate, who formalized his bid with vice-presidential running mate Aroldo Medina on July 20, benefits from structural positioning behind likely frontrunners such as Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva and Flávio Bolsonaro. Ronaldo Caiado remains a secondary contender in the market at lower odds, reflecting his established conservative base but comparatively limited recent polling gains relative to Santos. Other listed figures, including Romeu Zema and various Bolsonaro family members, trail with minimal implied probability amid the crowded field and two-month timeline to the vote.
