The trader consensus around a 66-69°F high for Seattle on September 21 stems primarily from the latest National Weather Service and global model runs showing moderate onshore flow under a weakening Pacific high, with peak temperatures limited by partial marine-layer influence and variable afternoon cloud cover. Minor disagreements among ensemble members on exact timing of any weak frontal passage create the tight spread across 64-71°F outcomes, as small shifts in dew points or insolation can alter the daily maximum by a few degrees. This aligns with climatological September norms near 70°F but reflects a modest cool anomaly in current guidance. Final observations and any late model updates will determine resolution.
