Recent model consensus from sources including the National Weather Service and private forecasters points to a Pacific frontal system bringing widespread cloud cover, periods of rain, and southwesterly flow that will limit daytime heating in the Seattle area on September 25. High temperatures are expected in the upper 50s to low 60s Fahrenheit, with forecast highs clustered between 57–62 °F depending on the timing of heaviest precipitation and exact wind shifts. This represents a notable cooldown from recent mid-September readings near 70 °F and falls below the late-September climatological average of roughly 67–68 °F. Traders are weighing the relative strength of the marine layer and frontal timing, which creates the tight spread between the two leading 2-degree bins. Updated model runs and official NWS briefings over the next 48 hours will likely refine these ranges ahead of market resolution.
