Recent forecasts from multiple meteorological sources indicate a high near 16–17°C in Moscow on September 11, driven by a shift to westerly flow and an incoming frontal system that will increase cloud cover and bring a 60–80% chance of rain. This follows warmer conditions peaking near 23–25°C on September 10. Model consensus aligns closely with climatological norms for the date, where the average daily high is approximately 17°C, while stronger southerly flow or delayed frontal passage could support a brief spike to 18°C or higher. Updated guidance from agencies such as the Hydrometeorological Center will refine these details ahead of the observation window.
