Recent National Weather Service and ensemble model guidance for Seattle on September 6 centers on a high near 70–72°F under mostly sunny skies and northerly flow, driving the 35.5% implied probability for 72–73°F and 27.5% for 70–71°F. This pattern reflects a stable post-frontal ridge suppressing marine layer intrusion and limiting afternoon cloud build-up, consistent with early-September climatology where the average high reaches 72.8°F. Minor differences among outcomes hinge on exact boundary-layer mixing and any subtle sea-breeze timing, with later model runs expected to tighten the range before resolution at official Seattle-area stations. Trader consensus aligns closely with these deterministic and probabilistic forecasts, underscoring low uncertainty two days out.
