Inter-monsoon conditions, with persistent short-duration rain suppressing solar insolation, align with NEA advisories forecasting subdued highs below early April's 35.4°C extremes despite potential for 33-34°C. Historical April averages hover at 31-32°C, reinforcing positioning. Realistic challenges include rare data revisions from final NEA tallies, but protocols and late-day timing (post-11 pm updates) render shifts improbable.
