**Forecast models from sources like WindBorne Systems and local observations point to overnight lows in the mid-to-upper 50s°F for Seattle on September 10, driven by persistent marine air, light northerly winds, and extensive cloud cover that limits radiational cooling.** Recent days have featured above-average highs near 70-76°F with minimal precipitation, keeping the boundary layer moist and stable. Historical September averages hover around 54°F for lows, but current conditions—overcast skies with 80%+ cloud cover and light winds under 5 mph—favor readings near 56-59°F rather than cooler outliers. Minor model differences in exact minimum timing or any late-night clearing explain the tight split between the 56-57°F and 58-59°F bins, which together hold nearly 80% of market-implied probability. Updated NWS guidance or fresh model runs ahead of sunset on the 9th could refine these ranges.
