Forecast models for Manila on September 13 indicate overnight lows near 25°C, with high humidity near 90% and extensive cloud cover from the prevailing monsoon pattern limiting nighttime radiative cooling. Recent runs from global and regional guidance show minimal day-to-day variation, with scattered showers expected to further moderate temperatures and prevent sharper drops. Historical September baselines place typical minimums around 25–26°C, supporting the tight clustering of market-implied odds around 24–26°C outcomes. Traders appear focused on the precise timing of any convective activity or wind shifts that could nudge the recorded low by 1°C either way before resolution.
