Morocco’s September 23 legislative elections for the 395-seat House of Representatives feature a fragmented field where the incumbent National Rally of Independents (RNI), Authenticity and Modernity Party (PAM), and Istiqlal (PI) hold comparable chances for second place amid coalition strains and voter discontent. The ruling RNI-PAM-PI alliance, which secured the top three blocs in 2021, faces internal tensions over parliamentary probes and economic delivery, while opposition parties including the Justice and Development Party (PJD) seek rebounds on issues such as unemployment and regional development. With the official campaign running through September 22 and over 1,850 candidate lists filed, traders price tight probabilities because local mobilization, turnout among 15.8 million registered voters, and last-minute alliances could shift seat allocations under the list-based proportional system. Recent polls and party platforms underscore the competitive balance, leaving room for any of several formations to edge ahead depending on final vote distribution.

This market's resolution will be based solely on the number of seats won by the named party.
This market will resolve based on the results of the elections, as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. In the case of ambiguity, this market will resolve solely based on the results as reported by the Moroccan government, including the Ministry of the Interior (https://www.elections.ma/).
Note: If a listed party contests the election as part of a coalition with one or more parties not listed in this market, the market corresponding to the listed party will represent the coalition and will count all seats won by the coalition collectively. If two or more listed parties contest the election as a jointly listed coalition, with or without additional parties not listed in this market, the market corresponding to the party within that coalition that won the most seats in the previous election will represent the coalition and will count all seats won by the coalition collectively. If such a coalition dissolves, each market will again represent its respective party individually.
