PAM leads trader consensus at 61% implied probability to win the most seats in Morocco’s September 23 legislative elections for the 395-member House of Representatives, ahead of RNI at 23.6% and much lower shares for Istiqlal (PI), MP, PPS, USFP, PJD, and others. Recent momentum stems from PAM’s recruitment of prominent figures such as Fouzi Lekjaa and regional leaders from coalition partners, alongside its early September launch of a detailed, costed 350-billion-MAD platform centered on purchasing power, youth integration, and public services. Coalition tensions within the incumbent RNI-led majority, including disputes over parliamentary inquiries, have coincided with RNI leadership transitions and candidate renewal efforts. PAM’s active candidate slate, emphasis on local networks, and positioning as a governing alternative have shaped the current pricing, while the fragmented field and short campaign window leave room for shifts based on turnout and final seat tallies.
