Recent National Weather Service forecasts and model guidance indicate a sunny Thursday with light southerly winds and peak heating under high pressure, positioning Atlanta's official high temperature most likely in the 90–93°F range. This aligns with the market's strong emphasis on 90–91°F, reflecting trader consensus on modest exceedance of the 85°F climatological average amid a multi-day heat wave that produced 94–97°F readings earlier in the week. Dew points in the low 70s will support heat indices near 98°F, while any afternoon cloud build-up or slight timing shifts in maximum insolation introduce limited downside risk to the 88–89°F bin. Updated model runs and the evening observation at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport remain the key near-term catalysts for odds movement.
