This market will resolve to the temperature range that contains the highest temperature recorded by NOAA at the LaGuardia Airport Station in degrees Fahrenheit on 10 Sep '26. If NOAA data for the observation date is unavailable by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, the Weather Underground Daily Observations table will be used as the resolution source. In the event that there is no data for the observation date by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, this market will resolve to the lowest bracket. Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.Official National Weather Service forecasts for New York City project an upper-80s high today, driven by westerly winds, gradual clearing after morning clouds, and above-average late-summer warmth that exceeds the 78°F climatological norm. This underpins the market's tight split between 88-89°F (42.5%) and 86-87°F (39%), reflecting uncertainty in peak timing amid possible light showers, variable cloud cover, and northwest wind shifts that could cap or boost readings by a degree or two. Real-time station data from Central Park and model updates through afternoon will resolve the exact maximum.
