Recent National Weather Service and ensemble forecasts indicate a post-frontal northwest flow will deliver sunny skies and highs near 78–80°F in Central Park on September 11, following warmer, more humid conditions on the 9th and 10th. This setup favors the tightly bunched 78–79°F and 80–81°F market outcomes, as diurnal heating under clear skies and light winds limits further warming while preventing sharp cooling. Model consensus shows minimal spread, with historical September 11 averages near 78°F providing context for the modest upside risk reflected in lower-probability bins above 82°F. Updated NHC and local guidance ahead of resolution will refine any late adjustments from boundary-layer mixing or cloud cover.
