Trader consensus around 68-69°F as the highest temperature in Seattle on September 11 reflects National Weather Service model guidance and recent observational trends showing a stable marine layer and moderate onshore flow limiting daytime heating. Current conditions align with early-September climatology near Sea-Tac Airport, where daily highs have averaged in the mid-to-upper 60s amid neutral ENSO patterns and no strong ridge or offshore wind event to push readings higher. Ensemble forecasts indicate low probability of exceeding 70°F due to persistent cloud cover and sea-surface temperatures in the upper 50s, while downside risk remains capped by seasonal baselines. Official resolution will rely on verified maximum observations, with any final model updates or real-time adjustments able to shift implied probabilities before close.
