Recent National Weather Service and private model guidance points to overnight lows of 76–78°F in Miami on September 21 amid persistent high humidity and scattered thunderstorms that reduce radiational cooling. These conditions align with the historical September average low of roughly 77°F at Miami International Airport, where elevated moisture and frequent cloud cover typically limit temperature drops. Light southerly winds and the absence of any approaching cold front or drier air mass further support this narrow range, explaining why the 76–77°F and 74–75°F bins currently hold the highest market-implied probabilities. Forecasters will issue updated model runs and local briefings over the next 48 hours that could shift probabilities if steering patterns or moisture levels change.
