Overcast skies, light rain, and high humidity are suppressing daytime heating in São Paulo on September 15, 2026, with official forecasts from sources like the Met Office and regional models converging on a daily maximum near 18–20°C. Persistent southerly flow and extensive low- to mid-level cloud cover reduce solar insolation, while dew points near 13–14°C limit the diurnal range. These conditions align with the market’s concentration on 19–21°C outcomes, as traders weigh the narrow window for any late-day clearing against climatological September averages around 23°C. Updated model runs and surface observations through midday will determine whether modest afternoon warming pushes the high toward the upper end of that band.
