Recent forecasts for Taipei on September 18 point to overnight lows near 23–24°C under partly cloudy skies and light easterly winds, aligning with historical mid-September averages around 24°C. Model consensus shows modest cooling potential from variable cloud cover and humidity levels near 70–90%, which can limit radiative heat loss, while any scattered showers may further moderate temperatures. Trader focus on the 24°C and 25°C outcomes reflects this tight clustering, with elevated shares on 20°C or below capturing residual uncertainty in local microclimate effects or forecast revisions. No major synoptic systems are influencing the region, keeping outcomes narrowly distributed.
