Current forecast models show a tight cluster of possible highs for Cape Town on September 19, centered near 21–24°C under clear skies and light southerly winds shifting from prevailing southeasterlies. This spring pattern features stable high pressure, minimal cloud cover, and dry air that limits afternoon mixing and supports modest warming from morning lows near 12°C. Model spread arises mainly from subtle differences in wind strength and timing of peak insolation, with some runs favoring 23–24°C while others cap at 21–22°C due to slightly stronger sea breezes. Traders therefore price 23°C, 24°C, and 25°C as the leading outcomes, reflecting the narrow but genuine uncertainty ahead of final observational data.
