Latest ensemble forecasts from the Israel Meteorological Service and supporting global models indicate a maximum temperature of 30°C in Tel Aviv on September 19, driving the 55.5% market-implied probability for that outcome. Seasonal norms for late September along the Mediterranean coast place typical highs near 29–30°C, and current conditions show a modest cooling trend from midweek heat, with increased cloud cover and light westerly winds limiting afternoon peaks. Model consensus remains tight between 29–31°C, reflecting limited variability in steering patterns and boundary-layer moisture, though minor shifts in sea-breeze timing or residual humidity could still nudge the daily high. Updated official guidance and high-resolution runs expected within the next 24–48 hours will provide the final inputs for trader positioning ahead of market resolution.
