Recent National Weather Service and private model guidance for Dallas on September 4 points to a mostly sunny day with highs in the low-to-mid 90s°F under southerly flow, consistent with the historical average high of 93°F and the tight clustering of market-implied odds around the 90–95°F bins. A 20% chance of morning showers and increasing humidity may produce variable cloud cover that slightly suppresses peak temperatures relative to the hotter conditions observed September 1–2. Ensemble spread and differences in how models handle boundary-layer moisture and any weak frontal passage create the primary uncertainty between the leading 92–93°F, 94–95°F, and 90–91°F outcomes, with traders weighting official forecast updates and heat-index considerations in their assessments.
