Recent National Weather Service and GFS model consensus points to a highest temperature near 90°F in Atlanta on September 13, driven by partly cloudy skies, light northwest winds, and minimal precipitation chances around 20 percent under a stable high-pressure ridge. This setup favors daytime heating without significant cloud cover or frontal passages to moderate temperatures, pushing readings several degrees above the early-September climatological average of 84°F. Market-implied odds heavily favor the 90-91°F bin at 62 percent, reflecting alignment across official guidance with low uncertainty in the final 24-hour window before resolution.
