Current observational data from Incheon and Seoul stations, including real-time readings near 23–24°C under mostly cloudy skies and light northeasterly winds, underpin the market’s 96% implied probability for a 23°C daily maximum. Official forecasts from regional models align with September climatology, where typical highs average 25–26°C but moderated atmospheric conditions and persistent cloud cover have capped intensification today. This skin-in-the-game consensus reflects traders weighting verified measurements over uncertain projections. A rapid shift to clearer skies or stronger solar heating could push readings to 24–25°C before midnight, though model agreement makes such an outcome improbable.
