This aligns with NCM's recent 48-hour summaries of highs near 31°C, tempered by dust aerosols common in April climatology, where average highs exceed 33°C but current atmospheric conditions suppressed peaks. The market-implied 100% probability for 31°C reflects trader consensus on finalized airport data, the primary resolution source. Realistic challenges include rare data revisions from secondary stations or unverified remote readings exceeding 31°C, though model consensus and observations make this improbable. NCM's daily update will confirm resolution.
