Recent numerical weather prediction runs from the German Weather Service (DWD), ECMWF, and GFS ensembles indicate Munich will experience mostly clear to partly cloudy conditions on September 23, supporting daytime maxima centered on 18–19 °C. Light northeasterly flow and high surface pressure are expected to limit cloud cover and mixing, keeping temperatures close to the 1991–2020 climatological average high of 18.6 °C. With resolution only two days away, model spread remains narrow, though minor differences in boundary-layer moisture or timing of any residual cloud could still allow a 17 °C or 20 °C outcome. Traders have priced this tight consensus into the 18 °C and 19 °C contracts, which together exceed 85 % implied probability.
