Seasonal factors including peak summer humidity above 70% and the urban heat island effect sustain these levels, while any increased cloud cover or precipitation could cap readings at 29°C. With resolution dependent on official Tokyo observations tomorrow, traders appear to weigh the narrow spread between 29°C and 31°C against typical August variability.
