North America traffic remained soft while China faced sentiment headwinds, though a one-time tariff refund boosted reported EPS to $2.92. Interim leadership highlighted inconsistent product response and increased competition from brands like Alo Yoga and Vuori, alongside plans to accelerate innovation, expand running and tennis activations, and boost marketing. With permanent CEO Heidi O’Neill assuming the role imminently, traders will focus on her Q3 call commentary for concrete updates on product pipeline, margin discipline, and any revised outlook that could signal stabilization or further pressure.
