Any revisions to temperatures recorded after data is finalized for this market's timeframe will not be considered for this market's resolution.Trader consensus favors 15°C (32% implied probability) and 16°C (26%) as the highest temperature in Ankara on April 1, reflecting the latest short-range forecasts from ECMWF and GFS ensembles, aligned with Turkish State Meteorological Service guidance, which project daytime highs near 14-15°C amid mostly cloudy skies and possible afternoon showers. This positioning stems from lingering effects of a recent cool air mass and upper-level trough that suppressed March temperatures, including a sharp cooldown from 16°C highs on March 28. Differentiating factors include variability in cloud cover and precipitation timing—persistent overcast could cap peaks at 14°C (17.5%), while brief clearing might allow 16-17°C. New model runs expected every 12 hours will sharpen uncertainty as the event nears.
