Any revisions to temperatures recorded after data is finalized for this market's timeframe will not be considered for this market's resolution.Trader consensus on Polymarket reflects high uncertainty in Mexico City’s highest temperature on April 1, with closely matched implied probabilities for 21°C (13.5%) and 19°C (9.5%), driven by lingering effects of late-March 2026 cold fronts that have suppressed highs to 19–20°C amid northerly winds and upper-level troughs. Global forecast models like GFS and ECMWF ensembles project mild daytime highs near 20–22°C under partly cloudy skies, cooler than the April climatological average of 26°C at the city’s 2,240-meter elevation, where thin air limits extreme heat buildup. Key differentiators include potential clearing skies boosting 23–24°C outcomes versus persistent cloud cover or gusts favoring sub-21°C; new Servicio Meteorológico Nacional updates and model runs through March 31 will sharpen guidance ahead of resolution based on official airport observations.
