Recent forecasts from multiple models place Jeddah’s September 19 high near 36–38 °C, aligning with the market’s tight clustering around those outcomes. Seasonal norms for mid-September average 35–36 °C, but recent days have run 1–3 °C above normal under clear skies and light westerly flow. Coastal sea-breeze timing and minor model differences in boundary-layer mixing create the narrow spread between 36 °C and 38 °C scenarios. With no significant synoptic disturbances or heat-wave signals expected through the weekend, traders weigh the latest 48-hour guidance and historical verification of similar late-summer patterns to refine implied probabilities ahead of final observations.
